Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a Locksmith, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Berrian never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born in the south. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Pirithin was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
