History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hirrathak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he is content
