History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Paggen grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Jeweler, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.
