History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spy they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has money and likes to spend it
