History: Born in the north to a Stylist, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tends to his Stylist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and wants to work out more often

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spy for the past few years.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
