History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Dyer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Rimple was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bather. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To be a Slave Trader again; and balancing his hectic life and new bather responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a yellow shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and blue pants. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. His violet eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Heian is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born into a rich family. Heian liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and expand his business
