He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length gray fur. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Gifted from a young age, Varis studied abroad. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to settle down with his crush

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Server work with an outfit from a few towns over. Server work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Server job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
