Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Banker mother left him crippled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
