He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Jak never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people
