Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has achieved small success as a Baker.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His yellow fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Cask was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears a blue tunic with tan highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes. His black hair is cut short. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A 6'3" eastern man, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His yellow fur is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 55. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
