Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After months of barely getting by, Altho managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
