Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a fancy yellow suit. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Peter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Peter was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
