He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Percival is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Percival was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Percival's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
