History: He comes from a rich eastern family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Efferil was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Efferil's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Efferil and his spouse have recently divorced.
