He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Sweet was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ortegar embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
