History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: Faran hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: A 6'5" western man, he usually wears his tan robe and has his glaive always slung over his shoulder. His silver crest is thinning but still full. His skin is flawless and his red eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shamash embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Shamash was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and obtaining odd cultural dragonborn artifacts is his passion

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is long and silver with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small green clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
