Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. His hair is chestnut and curly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Ugol was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ugol's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Ugol and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears bulky black painted plate armor. His white hair is braided into rings. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Nicholas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nicholas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: An older man who wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants, he is not a threatening figure. His head has been shaved. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Ralf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to get a good night's sleep

Voice: Forgets to breathe while speaking

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
