Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Baker born in the past three hundred years. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Umpen was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside.
