Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: This western man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is long and silver with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Erias was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Tethren hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

Description: An older man who is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, he is not a threatening figure. His crest, while still mostly bronze, has prominent grey streaks. His skin is flawless and his gold eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and money/treasure

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sage born in the past three hundred years. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and further expansion of business
