Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Gale was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cartwright. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
