History: Delebean hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Delebean alone in the world. Description: This tall, slender man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
