Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Serpent's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Serpent's homeland. Serpent decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. The war was a terrible time for him, and Quick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Quick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Quick's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
