History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
