Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born in the east. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vanuath fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he usually wears his black robe and has his ceremonial dagger always slung over his shoulder. He wears his auburn hair up. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Frouse hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Frouse alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is golden and curly. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Erky embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
