History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Geoffrey was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Geoffrey's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Erdan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: To be a Barkeep again; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. After a long history of fighting, Zûgor and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
