His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Baradad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Baradad. After months of barely getting by, Baradad managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
