Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Patrin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Patrin was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in a small desert village. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He bought a pickaxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
