History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He worked as a nervous Spy and found it very stressful. He struck the Spy job and began his own company from there.

He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a grey shirt with thin black vertical stripes and violet pants. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Kelter's homeland. Kelter decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
