History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Arnold learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
