History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Rael has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barber.
