History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Mugrunden never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rhogar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
