History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ploughman but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. A true patriot, Peter would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
