History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ar-Pratu was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Theren was born with his mother's beautiful face. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Animal Trainer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He got into the Animal Trainer business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Animal Trainer. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.
