Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shepherd they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Banker, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Kipper has worked very hard to control his curse. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
