History: Peter was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dean isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents.
