History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cockaby was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cartwright. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: Standing 5'2", this man dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Barakas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Barakas. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
