Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Kelter wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Kelter was born with his father's beautiful face. Kelter was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kelter decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Born to a Cook, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
