Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Orryn's homeland. Orryn decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Orryn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels kind of lost in life
