Description: He is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. He usually wears his tan robe and has his mace always slung over his shoulder. He has a hunchback. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Lûgnak was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lûgnak decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, marred by beers. He has shaved his head bald. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is greedy

Description: An older man who is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He is baby faced.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is an amazing painter.

History: Odorr was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality
