Description: An older man who typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull violet iron scale mail, he is not a threatening figure. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His hazel eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bernard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

His brown eyes peer out from beneath his broad brown hat.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Calcitro hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

Description: This tall, slender man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Purson was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Purson abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
