History: Born in the east to a Junk Dealer, Justin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. After coming to the age of reason, Kipper took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
