History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Morgran was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Morgran's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Sammal wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's also a talented Layabout, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Map Maker for hire.
