Personality: Conrad speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Conrad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists.
