History: Nelkin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents enrolled him in a Barbarian school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Baker. He became a Baker soon after.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. His hair is black and curly. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Shipwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He worked as a nervous Spice Merchant and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his mother before him.

Motivation: To be a Shipwright again; and retire the richest man in the south
