History: Born in the east to a Spice Merchant, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Lucan was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
