Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. His long red crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Nadarr was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sage and was forced into it by his family; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: To be a Server again.

Description: He wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Aramil is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to share knowledge with the world

Outside of the suit he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is short and chestnut. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.
Motivation: To be a Glassblower again; and further expansion of business

Description: This younger middle-aged man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His silver crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hirrathak never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
