History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Cloak took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miller they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
