When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Through the years after Zaffrab was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Zaffrab's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Baker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is unsatisfied with his job
