His mother taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Hugh was taken on many hunting expeditions. He worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Cook, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
