History: Valorean lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Fenriz's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Fenriz was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Windy was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to unite with his sister
